Racecourse Cottages self catering holiday lettings are situated on Racecourse Farm. The farm was built in 1850 as a model farm and part of The Smyth Estate. Racecourse Farm housed tenant farmers who grew arable crops and kept pigs sheep and a milking herd. The current owners, Rod and Jane Billing, bought Racecourse Farm in the 1990’s.
Racecourse Cottages offers beautiful self catering holiday lettings set in the grounds of racecourse Farm on the outskirts of the village of Portbury. Portbury sits in the Gordano Valley in Somerset just 15 minutes from Bristol City centre. The self catering holiday lettings are ideal for visitors to historic Bristol. Bristol offers many annual events including the world famous balloon festival.

Ideal for visiting friends or family and perfect for Bristol University and UWE Students to have families come to stay. Just minutes from junction 19 of the M5 Motorway and only 8 miles from Bristol City Centre or Bristol airport. Bath is less than an hour by car or if you prefer to take the train there is Nailsea & Backwell Station (3.8 miles) and Bristol Temple Meads (& miles).
